Fans.Shop is committed to delivering the product you want, when you want it. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on the same day ordered. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on the following business day.

Remember, some of our products may not be in stock due to high seasonal volumes and will require additional processing time, typically 1-2 business days.

Fans.shop will only accept returns & exchanges that meet the following criteria

  • Under 30 days from order date
  • The customer assumes all return shipping costs
  • Products are unused and in their original condition

Fans.shop assumes all responsibility for shipping and handling damages and will fully cover the cost of shipping for replacement. Simply send us a brief explanation of the matter and we will send you a return shipping label.

All refunds will be issued within 24 hours upon receiving of a return order.

If exchanges are unable to be fulfilled due to “out of stock” items, an option will be presented to the customer for a full refund and shipping reimbursement.
